Matthias Posch, solution architect based in Vienna.
For more than a decade, I have designed systems for large organisations, including Austrian Federal Railways, a European logistics group and several federal ministries, and served as CTO of a YouTube SEO SaaS company. Today most of my time goes into a full-time architecture engagement with Austrian Federal Railways. Alongside it, I founded Archilence, which builds digital twins of enterprise IT landscapes.
Writing code remains part of my everyday work. The diagrams I present to a board are the same ones I build against afterwards, which keeps them honest.
Certified as an iSAQB CPSA, I am fluent in ArchiMate and arc42, and equally fluent in the code that brings them to life.

Stance
I run my own infrastructure, publish my protocols as open standards and release tools under permissive licences. The open internet gave me my career; I intend to give some of it back.
In practice that means self-hosted services instead of convenience platforms where it matters, specifications under open licences, and code that others can read, fork and run without asking me.
